I love enjoying a nourishing smoothie in the morning or for lunch - keeping me full through the day. Especially when you load them up with the greens!


  • Handful of Spinach

  • 3-4 frozen cauliflower

  • Handful of Blueberries

  • Coconut water

  • Bee pollen sprinkled on top

  • ½ lemon including skin

  • Handful of blackberries

  • Spinach

  • Coconut water
