Hi, I'm Brielle

I believe the world changes when we work on ourselves, when we slow down, when we move and when we breathe. The human potential is limitless and it is our responsibility here on planet earth to tap into these gifts. It is easy to get distracted in society and off-course. Creating space for the mind, body and breath, we can access our highest good. We have everything we need to succeed. Our power already exists within us. It is this mindset that inspires me to grow personally and to share this collective wisdom professionally.

My personal mission is to empower women to be the best version of themselves through mindful movement. There is no one size fits all approach. Life mirrors exercise, find what sets your soul on fire and embrace it. Let's celebrate what our bodies can do and move.

My wellness journey began when I was 15 years old after years of suffering with chronic sinus infections and colds. I was ready to change my health story. I started to eat a whole foods diet and found exercises that made me feel powerful and strong. I found alternative methods to wellness which changed my life. At this time, I learned that health is a privilege and not a right. I love sharing this passion and journey with others.

I am a Certified Yoga Instructor, a Psychology of Eating Coach, and a Pilates enthusiast. I’ve taught both private and group classes at Mobius, Circus Club and Sharon Heights Golf Club.

Prior to launching The Wellness flow, I worked in Silicon Valley at one of the unicorn startups, Square. One of the things I’m most proud of from my time at Square was launching the wellness program. It was important to create space for all employees and to have access to wellness experts which included: acupuncturist, massage therapist, meditation leader, yoga and Pilates instructors, nutritionists and much more.

Hi, I'm Kendall

I began my career working for a marketing and public relations firm in San Francisco and New York City. After developing an unhealthy lifestyle complete with stress, lack-off nutrition and an embarrassingly large food delivery bill, I decided the 9-to-5 life wasn’t for me. I worked up the courage to say “ta-ta-for-now” and pursue a career in movement, getting certified in both Pilates and Barre. This new lifestyle ignited my passion for health and wellness. I became a self-proclaimed foodie and workout aficionado.

It wasn’t until I became pregnant with my first daughter that I dove deep into the world of women’s health. I quickly realized the multitude of unanswered questions and mazes we have to dig through to get simple answers about our incredible bodies. It was then I decided I wanted in on the growing community of support for the female form and while helping create an informed space for us to practice.

I’m classically trained in Pilates at the Center for Movement institute in New York City. My skill set includes 400+ hours of training on all Pilates apparatuses as well as a separate education in barre fitness. Since then, I’ve taught both private appointments and classes at Equinox, Facebook, What's App, Cisco and VMWare. My motto: "find what you love to do, and do it often!".

WHY DID WE START THE WELLNESS FLOW?

After meeting through our husbands, we began working out together literally almost every day in 2016. We became each other's biggest support system when it came to an accountability coach. We bonded over our love for fitness and wellness, the woman’s body and so much more. We crave this connection with our bodies and with our female friends who understand the woman’s journey.

We created The Wellness Flow to help women everywhere connect more deeply with their bodies and to find a like-minded community of fitness lovers. Our hope for you is that you leave each class feeling inspired, moved, and powerful. Are you ready to more? Let’s do it!
