ooh, isn't our inner critic powerful? But only by the power we give them. Lets take them to tea and suss it out! We will name them, find out their motivation and build the bridge. Lets bring them in to our sphere and blend the energy. We all have them, we will take the high road and befriend them, with love and honesty. This is a one hour course that can be a group setting, in person or virtual.
