Where do we ship? ​

 

We offer domestic shipping to all 50 states. International shipping coming soon! ​

 

How long will it take to receive my order? ​

 

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days and transit delivery times vary by your location. Orders are shipped M-F, and we do not ship on public holidays.

 

Buyer Responsibility

mahal marketplace is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once it has been received by the US Postal Service. It is Buyer's responsibility to provide correct shipping address when making a purchase. We will not ship to an alternate address after your order has been placed. ​

How do I track my order?

Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service and tracking information is provided when your order has been fulfilled. You can track your package by logging into your account or going to USPS.com and entering the tracking number provided.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

What is your return/exchange/refund policy?

 

Please shop carefully as all ALL ITEM SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL and all products ARE SOLD "AS IS." Order cancellations are also not allowed. ​

 

Antique, vintage and previously used items will display varying amounts of weathering and/or natural wear and tear. mahal marketplace will do our best to disclose all noticeable flaws through product descriptions and photos. We strive to make our customers happy, so please contact us at nicole@mahalmarketplace.com if you are unsatisfied and feel an item you ordered has been grossly misrepresented. We are also happy to answer questions or concerns you may have prior to purchasing.

 

Our products have been curated at estate sales, antique shops, thrift shops, garage sales, flea markets and vintage stores and we use the information provided by previous sellers and owners for our product descriptions and sourcing. We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

 

This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

 

Custom made items (i.e. tote bags, tanks, t-shirts) are eligible for exchange or store credit if you contact us within 48 hours of delivery date and item is postmarked within 5 business days of mutual agreement of return shipment of good(s). (This means if a return/exchange is agreed upon on June 1st, the postmark on your return parcel should be no later than June 5th). ​

 

Custom made items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition to be valid for exchange/store credit. ​

 

How long does my store credit last?

Your store credit is valid for 90 Days from date of issue. ​

 

Restocking Fee ​

We charge a 10% restocking fee for any purchase returned for an exchange or store credit if contacted within 48 hours and postmarked within 5 business days of return agreement.

 

Items postmarked after 5 business days of agreement will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

 

Return Shipping Fees

Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, missing parcels. Please get tracking for your return shipments.
